"Had an appointment scheduled for Friday, and I missed the technician by 20 minutes because i was late getting home. Called and talked with customer service and they were more than will to reschedule someone for the next morning, a Saturday morning. The tech showed up on time swapped modems, hooked up the service, tested everything before he left to make sure it was operating properly. Took time to help set up new user id and passwords, and change them on all my wifi devices. Very professional, and helpful."
