"Moving into The Pierce has been an absolute dream! The entire move-in process was incredibly smooth thanks to the helpful and friendly staff. From the initial tour to the day I got my keys, everyone was professional and accommodating. My new apartment is simply stunning. The modern design, high-end finishes, and spacious layout are everything I could have asked for. The large windows offer breathtaking views of the city. The amenities are top-notch too - the gym is well-equipped, the community spaces are inviting. The balcony is my favourite part. I'm so excited to call The Pierce my new home!"

"Highly recommend! I've lived at The Pierce for 3 years now, going on 4. When I inquired about moving from out of state in 2021, Sasha was very accommodating and kind; she sent me pictures and videos of the units before I made any decisions. Safe to say I made the right decision! The units are spacious, the balconies are huge, the common areas are clean, the amenities are well maintained, the location is perfect, the garage and building are very safe, and the staff is wonderful. Recently, Robb has been super helpful, friendly, and fast to reply to all inquiries. He's always on site and very communicative to us residents. I am happy to call The Pierce home!"

"By far my favorite building i’ve ever lived in. Safety was never a concern. Coming home to an always clean building with candles lit and soft music playing in the lobby was the best!! The only reason I left was because I moved out of state. Sasha is amazing too!"

"Signed a lease sight unseen and move here from August of 2022 until September of 2023 and had a great experience. Decided to move to a new complex in German Village at the end of my lease, but would have loved to stay here. Some key points: I called maintenance only twice in my time here for minor issues but both times they were able to show up almost immediately. I think the pricing of the Apartments is very fair for how spacious and new the units are, I lived in the smallest unit (The Rouge) and it feels much bigger than the listed ~750 sq. ft. I never had any issues contacting the leasing office and they were very clear during move in/move out. If you're looking for a place where you can be in a peaceful quiet unit without worry of any of the normal downtown disturbances, this would be a great choice for an apartment complex."

"I lived at The Pierce for two years (2021-2023) and loved my time there! The management and staff were always nice and helpful and very responsive. They even gave my dog treats anytime we would come into the office, which he absolutely loved!!! I didn’t have many issues with my unit, but anytime I made a maintenance request, it was always completed timely. The Pierce isn’t a big apartment, which I enjoyed, so most times it’s nice and quiet. I loved the big windows in my unit, updated appliances/modern look, and the personal covered balcony. If you’re looking for a downtown apartment, you should definitely check out The Pierce."
