Black mold advertising completely remodeled under floor black mold rotting floor.Money for a roof NOT $25,000 for black mold bathroom .you definitely should not be able to sell house that you can't live in . the house only had one bathroom. Maybe i can shower at your house. You said you would go to seller so we can stay out of court then refused. The least you could have done. Do unto others. Remember the golden rule. Everyone is passing the buck. Key realty. Inspector. Am i supposed to rip up the floor before i buy a house?"
