"• I smelled chemicals and crack cocaine coming through the walls on more than one occasion. • They don’t properly clean the rooms because my 1st day there walking on the floor, the soles of my feet were very black. • Behind the dressers, fridge and underneath the bed was dirty. • The bedding was dirty and had cigarette holes in them. • The linens are never cleaned with bleach, and I had to use my own linens because theirs made me itch like crazy. • Constant mold in the showers, there is no ventilation at all, the window doesn’t open, there is no exhaust fan. Shower curtain kept getting molded. • The towel bracket fell off the wall. It was glued to the wall. • When it rains, water and sewage come from underneath the towel and all over the bathroom floor. • The water pressure is horrible in the sinks and showers. Some days you might get small streams or drips of water. You can’t use anything like a relaxer or do any skin or any kind of cleansing routine because the water isn’t right at all here. Also, twice, I drank the water from the faucet, and it gave me diarrhea twice. • There are not enough outlets in the rooms or bathrooms or on the sides of the bed. • The phone constantly rang and when I answered it, different people acted like they were looking for someone. • The beds in some of the rooms are adjacent to one another and you can hear wild noises. • You may or may not be able to get a good night’s rest because of people banging on the walls, arguing, fighting. • I told the owner about some of the noise, he blew it off like it wasn’t a big deal. • They have a sign with rules in the office, saying that no guests are allowed to come after 9pm and if the guest stays over, it’s an extra $20.00. This sign or rules are not listed anywhere so customers do not know what they are getting into. • Everything in the rooms is outdated and when I first came, they had dog or cat hair on the fridge. I don’t own an animal or be anywhere near one. • I bought my own pillows. They smelled like butt, cheese, smoke and dirt and they needed plastic coverings on them. • Dust and dander all throughout the rooms • The doorknob to the bathroom always stinks even after you clean them. • They do not know how to properly clean but act like they are doing something when they halfway clean. • The lights in the rooms are extremely dim. This is not a motel; it’s run like a halfway house. It’s not worth the $70.00 a day or $410.13 a week. People need to know about this establishment. I’m writing you today because this was the last straw for me when they act like that moldy shower curtain was my fault. No, gets some windows that open and some kind of ventilation. That is not my problem, it is yours. You daughter needs to learn how to talk to people. The owner and his wife were always polite but that daughter of his needs some customer service training ASAP. She said I need that shower curtain every week in the wrong tone of voice as if I was her child. This lady doesn’t know me from Adam or Eve or if I’m mentally stable or what. On the sign, one of the items on the list says it’s mandatory for cleaning on Wednesdays, right? That floor only got swept once, the bathroom never got cleaned. As much money, I paid to be here and this the way I get treated, I don’t think so. Recently, December 2023, he replaced the air/heating unit but some of the buttons don’t work. When it rains sometimes, earth worms come on the bathroom floor. They don’t take accountability for anything. Mold kept getting on the walls and floors. Sewage comes from underneath the toilet which is not bolted down. The toilet was leaking. Finally on 12/13/ 2023, I had enough. I left a day early because I was tired of getting sick and itching bad in that whole room. I didn’t know I had allergies until I came to this motel. It was horrible."

"Could use some updating but room was clean with no sign of bedbugs or sign of previous nappers also was very nice to see that the bed had covers. owners were nice and understanding price is very reasonable great water pressure overall this was a great little place to stay"

"Its not your typical motel, we were not expecting service with a smile, only thinking because where it was located it was just a bates motel.. Wrong...Very professional friendly quiet atomosphere We just wanted clean comfortable, and moderate price. It was in a perfect location, adjacent to stores, restaurants and tourist attractions but on a quiet main road which was nice. The gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Even stayed on the phone with me while i was getting directions Our room was clean and the bed were very comfortable, so much so that I didn't want to get up in the morning! We ended up staying another night. It had the basic amenities...tv, ac/heating unit, microwave, fridge, shampoo ,soap. Well lighted parking lot. The price was excellent. We wanted a decent, clean and comfortable place to rest our heads for the night and this was a great choice. We would stay here again! THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR STAY COMFORTABLE..
