"Great place. The cost is lower than most. The apartments are up to date. The utilities are so cheap. Very safe and quiet place next door to a daycare school. Trees around it with huge yard. Carport and garage and some unit have washer dryer hookups so no laundry mat. Been here 8 years"
"I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone move here. You will be lied to about the property so they can get you in the door. Everyday is a struggle to get even ten minutes of straight peace and quiet. I was told its nice and quiet, and there is no "riff raff" around here because they do a background check. People are in the parking lot smoking weed, kids screaming and playing outside your windows, maintenance is sawing, hammering, sweeping, etc. at 8 in the morning with no regard to anyone in the building. When you call to ask that something be done, they pacify you and the behaviors continue. If you have work or homework to do, you can forget about concentrating. If you want to live your life in headphones, this is the place for you. There is no standard for respect in this apartment community, and I recommend you run far before you sign any papers. I would not even give this place one star."
