"Place looked okay but walking in yard go in building saw drug paraphernalia laying around inside build smelled very strongly of nail products multiple time we visited. Was strong enough cause headache sitting there visiting"

Mold growing up the walls.rips and lifting in the carpet on ya first move in date..on top of that-Air conditioning and Heating system is So Old its ancient and Super Outdated, broke 5 times! They don't come in fix absolutely anything so hire ya own Handyman!mold in the bathtub . soiled carpets .stained tile . Some type of bugs in the closets of bedrooms called silverfish..look them up..they're gross.when you move out they hit u with almost $2,000 in charges spanning from them replacing carpets, tile, door locks, replacing fridge and stove.etx Basically all the things I complained about when first moving in they i felt should have been in better condition or replaced when last tenant moved out REVIEWS HELP SAVE U THE TROUBLE!"
