"A small community to call home. I've lived here for a little over a year and was worried before moving in. I heard stories of the years before the new owners purchased the property. I moved in and have loved living in my community since. Everyone in the community is very friendly and polite. UMH, the new property owners are amazing. They have yearly events for the family and do such an amazing job not only maintaing the community but updating it as well. They run a tight shift on rules and regulations but you can see the difference in our community compared to any other in the area. Its an amazing place to live and raise a family. Their prices are fair and very affordable with many options to suit your and your familys needs."

"I have lived in Deer Meadows for 32 years. First as a child, and then I bought my own home there as an adult. This is a wonderful kid friendly, pet friendly mobile home park and beautiful place for raising a family. Management and maintenance staff is friendly, and improvements are constantly being made. It's a nice place to call home, located in a quiet country location. Great place to live!"

"This is a great family community with BEAUTIFUL BRAND new homes. I have noticed other places are a dump and charge you way more to live there. UMH does an excellent job keeping up with maintenance. Also, they are doing A LOT to improve the park. The new homes mostly come with two baths, which I absolutely love. This is a great place for my family and I; we are happy to call this place home :)"

"I've lived in this trailer park for almost 11years I love it here it's very peaceful and quiet. Since UMH took over there have been great improvements done. Beautiful new homes, torn down the old run down homes, paved the Main Street coming in and many others and more to come. I love the fact that you can now pay your rent online it's makes it even more convenient. I can't wait to see what other improvements there are. I have some great neighbors to, I would love to meet more of them but I'm always working when they have the block party. It's a great place to live it's like having your own home and it's all on 1 floor. I can't wait for the new street lights. The staff is a great help."
