"This place is trash! We never have any hot water due to having 1 big water tank. We have to get in the shower early early morning or after midnight in order to take a nice hot shower. When winter came, the heat stopped working and the maintenance man told us multiple times that there is nothing they can do because we all share a water boiler for the heat. He suggested that we turn the heat up, which we did but we still woke up in the freezing cold, able to see our breath. Every time the maintenance man come out he puts that everything is working properly. However, in our face they will side with us and agree we shouldn’t have to live like this. They do not have us in living conditions, which means that it will not be hard to break this lease. Then if I get space heaters, that will make the electricity bill go up!!!! This is not fair and something should be done ASAP!!! This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. They act like they care but they really don’t."

"Apartments and halls are not well kept. Mold has been an issue for the 2+ years I have lived here. Received eviction notices for non-payment due to a computer glitch that has persisted for 8 months. Still hasn't been corrected. The beautiful pool pictured is not so beautiful. There are cracks with sharp edges that have gone unrepaired. Showers run cold and lose pressure every. single. time. Rain flooded my apartment (a problem the former tenant also had). While they replaced the sliding glass door last year to fix the flooding problem, the carpets have not been replaced in many years (again, mold). They also do not have the carpet professionally cleaned in between tenants. Was promised a professional cleaning after 2 years, but new management will not honor the agreement. Every time I hang a picture on the outside wall, mold grows behind it. Washing machine has destroyed multiple items and is frequently out of order. Water seeps through windows during rain and ice forms around window seal in winter months."
