"I love living here. Great staff, apartments, and people!"

"Better than where I’m at now. In hindsight I should’ve never moved out. Yes there is a lot of crime there but at least things get done, like if something is broken it’s fixed right away, central heat/AC, better laundry facilities, overall if I knew what I know now I wouldn’t have moved out. Edit: while I was much happier there than here at Heritage Apartments, I’m not moving back, because I have a new place lined up in Ashtabula County that I’m moving to soon."

"I used to live here for 4 years. I hated it. To many people using drugs, killing each other, suicides, people breaking into my apartment every time I left it. Tried informing management, they did not care. Kept coming up with excuses why it could not be happening. I know full well what goes on there. They made improvements, but, I believe that that are not good enough. The cameras, I believe, are dummy cameras, creating a false sense of security. The lobby intercom does not work because of how old the wiring is. They never turned it on because of that reason. If that is the case, the what makes you think that they will install wiring for the camera? I don't even think they are even connected to a computer or even being recorded. Someone needs to check that out. For the safety of everyone there, please have the cameras checked out. I do not think they are connected let alone recording."
