The University Courtyard Apartment community features a variety of apartment styles, including 1, 2, and 4-bedroom floorplans. Students who opt to live at University Courtyard sign a year-long lease, usually spanning from mid-August to late July. Rent charges are conveniently billed directly to the student’s University account, allowing for the application of student aid and federal loans towards these expenses. While meal plans are not included in the rent, students have the option to purchase commuter meal plans if desired.

"Hello, I lived at the courtyards for 2 years. It has been a wonderful experience. The residents are awesome and the maintenance team is super friendly and swift, from my experience. The management is not great and some decision to update the buildings have been poorly decided/communicated. (For nearly the full 2 years I was unable to enter most of the outside doors for example.) It is virtually on campus which is nice, however better communication and decision making by management would be greatly appreciated. My review would be higher but for the last 5 months my experience has been much less pleasent due to management."
"I have lived in the courtyards for two years now and for the most part have had a pleasant experience. You really cannot beat the price compared to the other apartments on campus. Especially since you can use scholarship money to pay for it. The staff is also prompt in answering our requests, including maintenance requests. I wish the kitchen had more storage, but we bought a shelving unit that helped out a lot. For a college student, this is a great place to live on campus."

Miss April is always ready to lend a listening ear and she'll make sure you leave her office with a smile on your face. Marissa is very informative and sweet. The newest addition, Liza has been a great addition to the team. Her personality is my favorite thing about her. I will truly miss living here, living here has brought me lots of peace as well as lots of laughs and memories that will last a life time."
