"Today i had reached out to this company to acquire about a place that i was interested in. Called the manager and ask for the process on how to proceed. She went on told I needed to pay 40 per applicant. I told her how do i know i want the place if i can actually see it. That makes no sense and kept explaining my reasoning she got rude. I’m new to area and my fiancé is property manager for the last three years and never charge a person to look at the unit."

As soon as I walked in I knew it was where I wanted to be. The application process was extremely simple. Communication was great between staff. The place was immaculate and in perfect working order upon move in except for the central A/C needing to be recharged and Melissa sent someone out immediately upon request. "Very nice properties. Staff is nice but do not seem to be on top of their job for whatever reason. I put in an application & was never called by anyone in the office about whether or not it was approved or denied, while every property I was interested in was taken. It took for me to call them 5 times & nearly a month to tell me I was denied for credit reasons."

"First off I can’t say enough about Melissa!! She did so much to help me and find me the perfect place for my kids and myself!!! We have a wonderful place to call home because of her hardwork and willing to help!!! This company picked a great person for the job!!! Vince just an all around great person and friendly!! Welcomed us with a smile and handshake when I got my keys!! This house was immaculate on moving day and we had have had nothing but positive since we have been here! A couple small things I needed looked at and I put in a request and workers were here quickly to fix! Also two wonderful folks am came to do the work super pleasant and fast and accurate!! I can not recommend or brag about equity management to rent your next home from!! I love my house, my kids love it here and they hold them selves and the properties in high standards!!
