"We walked into Ashley with the expectations of “just looking”. Tyler Newsome was quick to greet and welcome us. He took the time to ask us what our goals were for our house and where exactly we were at with those goals. He informed us about their financing program there. We were able to get the pieces we wanted that day! Tyler was AMAZING. He never made us feel like we needed to buy anything. He was super informative and a great resource for finding what we needed. "Just when I wanted/needed a new couch, Ashley opened it’s doors in New Phila. From the moment I walked in the door and met my soon to be salesman, Jason, I was treated with respect and kindness. We walked around the store 2 times with me sitting in every available couch. Finally, found the one I wanted and got my order in. Unfortunately, the hallway I needed to get the couch in through is a bit wonky and the couch would not fit. Back I go to the store only to walk around looking at pieces and parts of of modular units. Jason was not working that day, and Logan helped me think of new options. Again, total kindness and respect. I am the very satisfied owner of a new “couch”. I cannot express my deep satisfaction with the patience of the two young men Jason and Logan, the delivery men, the people I have spoken with on the phone…just everyone involved in this sale.
