"It was my 1st visit to this Lansing,IL location. I saw many fuel lanes with cones blocking them. Out of service. I waited 30min to reach the pump. The outside payment was easy to accept my comdata fuel card. The pump flowed extremely slow. Very frustrating. After fueling the system Failed to print the requested receipt. It made noise but was out of paper. Now i go inside for a receipt. Only to Wait in another slow moving line. 10min just to get a receipt. Total of 40+min just to get some Fuel. I was thinking of getting food and parking out back to eat. No deal because the Truck parking slots was mostly full of local bobtail trucks and cars ! The 2 stars is me giving a little credit towards the lower diesel prices. It was my 1st visit and probably will be my last."

"What an excellent stop for anybody travelling in need of a break, good food and friendly service. Stopped for a break because we were tired, the store was immaculately clean. They have such a big variety of food and snacks, and pretty much anything you might need while travelling."
"First, it's ALWAYS about the coffee! Those of us who've lived in the south are so thankful QuikTrip has come to the North! My daughter has been here almost every other day since opening. I see your business model is the same as in Georgia, super friendly customer service, clean store and bathroom, and cashiers ringing out two customers at once! I pray you never regret coming here; that the friendliness is not tainted by seeing the worst of human behavior; that your business model doesn't have to have different rules for this market only; and that this business model grows and catches on to other gas stations! Welcome to Illinois!"
"This QuikTrip is new and in a good location, right off the highway. Plenty of gas pumps and parking. The store is well stocked with plenty of food and drink options. There was a lot of staff keeping up with the place."
