My best drop in gym experience ever and I drop In all over USA. If you are in town, go visit them for at least one workout. "I love this gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, friendly, and also excel at what they're coaching in all sorts of different ways. The community is top-notch, and I've made a cozy little crew of gym friends since joining about 9 months ago. The locker rooms are clean and comfortable, and there are showers! Equipment is all in great condition despite heavy use. The workouts are also consistently the most challenging I've encountered thus far in my 3 year crossfit adventure - which is a really good thing. I compare any box I visit to my very first box in DC (which is obviously my favorite one), and MindFire comes pretty dang close. They say you can never go home again, but I've made a new home here. See you guys tomorrow (or rather Thursday, tomorrow's my rest day ☺️)"
