"Ordered 2 Small Blizzards and when my wife asked if $12.70 was correct ...the young man snapped back that they were $5.99 each. I went to get his name and was refused. I paid the almost 13 bucks for 2 small cups of ice cream and got attitude. We live literally 2 blocks away and have gone there for years. It will absolutely be the last time we go there. I get things cost more but, I'm not going to spend money where the staff is snotty."

"Not sure what's up, last night I drove by and the street level sign was not on, but the neon sign in the window said "open". I would have kept driving if I had not seen another person in the drive through. Really....I should have kept driving. Not only did the place look closed, but when I told the person at the window that the light on the street was off, they simply did not care. Now, my burger was ready in a time period that suggested that Dairy Queen is capable of warping time and space. I live about 0.1 miles from this store, nearly on top of it.....when I got to my home and immediately sampled a fry they were cold, my burger was room temperature and tasted horrid. It is obvious that both items had already been made and was sitting around. The only good thing was the Blizzard, but you really can't mess that up. I would like to have my 13$ back. Burger King does a way better job. I would return only for ice cream related items."

"March 21, 2020: Thankful drive thru was open. When ordering a large peanut butter shake I was asked if I wanted whipped cream & cherry on top and I said no, I'm glad whoever missed the NO whipped cream & cherry part of the order decided to remove the whipped cream & cherry with what looked to be their finger. I waited until I got home (a couple miles away) to take these pictures, used a spoon to remove about half the shake then decided to throw the entire shake in the garbage. A couple extra stars given because the rest of the order was correct. Thank you but I'll stick with Pine Avenue DQ."
