"I had a not so great experience my first time here and the owner Michael made it right immediately. I’ve since come back and have seen Ben, Will, and Rachel. All of them are amazing!! They’re friendly , personable, listen to what you want… and will gives the best pedicures ! Rachel looked at the photo I provided and matched it perfectly. I tried chrome on my toes for the first time ever and I love it."

"Update: They ask customers to leave positive reviews for discounts on services, hence why they have so many positive reviews. I will not go back to French nails. The pedicurist put a fake tip on my toenail even know I asked for an overlay and he did not apply it all the way down. If I had of left it how it was I would have gotten an infection. I went back and they took the tip off and put an overlay on, but they were so rough with my toe and the polish was applied horribly. I will never go back. There are much better shops that apply polish precisely and are gentle with your feet and nails. Prior review: I absolutely love French Nails, they are so welcoming and pay close attention to detail. I got a pedicure done by Will and he was amazing! I love coming here!"

"Update 2: 5 stars ***Phenomenal customer service*** from the owner Michael and my nail tech Ben. (My new and improved nails are the blue and coral nail set by Ben) Michael saw me update my previous review and reached out quickly and wanted to make my experience better. Michael invited me back to get my nails fixed by Ben who is AMAZING. Very friendly, personable, funny, and we had good conversations. He was empathetic and made sure my nails were perfect and he pays attention to detail and goes back to touch areas up as needed. Never had a nail tech do this before. The shape of my nails were perfect also! I will go back and only see Ben now, I trust him and the owner Michael Michael is also very attentive, friendly, and always smiling. The fact he reached out and offered my to get them redone and make things right says a lot about his good character. Update : 3 stars (Nail chipping, lifting, sharp edges, nails popping off) I wanted to like this salon, and I still think the customer service is amazing, but my friend and I ended up having issues with our nails shortly after our visit. My friend had two nails pop off within a week, and during my nail's growth, you can see some of the imperfections done. I've never had nails grow out to look like they're lifting from the back , or are uneven towards the nail bed. Some of my nails are chipping away also, which has also never happened before. My friend had to get her nails redone at another salon after a week. I may consider this place again, I wouldn't say not to come here, but I just wanted to update my review. The receptionist did say to us on our way out when we came that if we had issues to come back, so I do appreciate that offer. I also wish they offered us drinks, but you'll have to ask for a drink if you'd like one. ------- 5 stars This was my first time at this location and I had an amazing experience - one of the best nail experiences ever. The staff are all friendly and great at what they do, from start to finish. The gentleman (Michael) who answered the phone was kind and thorough. My nail artist was Tracy and she was so friendly and listened to what I wanted. She also would make sure I liked what I chose before proceeding , which I appreciated. She also was transparent with pricing and did an amazing manicure massage. I got the citrus manicure Pricing is reasonable and they have so many color choices. The salon is also clean."

"Came here while visiting the area with a friend. The service was spectacular - the staff is very knowledgeable and extremely talented. My nails look incredible! And the prices are extremely reasonable. The complementary beverage is a great touch too!"
