"Just met my new nail tech, Terica! I asked and definitely received. She did a soak off and full acrylic set for me and I love it, she did not disappoint! She took care of my poor nails and was so detailed and made sure i was okay the whole time.. also didn’t take forever. Thank you Terica!!!!"

"I hardly ever leave reviews but this experience was so bad. I got acrylic with gel on top (as a I always do) and within a day, the gel on 2 of the nails started peeling/cracking off. I’ve never had this happened before. They fixed the 2 nails, which I was grateful for, however, 2 days later more nails started chipping and peeling off. It’s been less than a week and 5 off my nails have had the gel begin chipping. I’ve never had this happen before. Waste of time and $60"

"Armani made me feel so welcomed upon my walk in! The atmosphere is welcoming and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!! Bre was the mail technician who took care of me and i WILL BE GOING BACK. She is completely amazing, she is everything a nail technician should be and more! She took the time to shape my nails and ask me about my daily lifestyle as that effects nail retention. You can tell she truly loves what she does as she puts passion in her work! The prices are also soooo worth it, I was shocked when my set was only $50 for medium acrylics due to being used to paying $70 and up. I will most definitely be going back and becoming a regular with Bre! Shoutout to Armani once again for the amazing customer service!"

"I wanted to share my experience directly with the business instead of leaving a review but unfortunately the phone number on the website lead to a full mailbox and there is no email address on the website. I want to start off by saying the staff was so friendly and nice and I was really excited to check the place out. Unfortunately, although I thought my technician was super sweet, I left and was not happy with my manicure. The technician helping me had to split her time between me and another person which was totally fine. But, what ended up happening was my fingers were in acetone soaking off my gel way too long. I sat down around 12:10 and my fingers were in acetone until around 12:55. 45 minutes seems way too long and I was definitely feeling it last night. My hands were so dry and chapped that some areas have little cuts on them. This morning I had to go to CVS to get some aquaphor because my hands were so raw. Additionally when I left the salon I looked down and my hands were a complete mess. It did come off a bit but if I had anywhere to go right after I would have had to go home and really scrub my fingers before leaving the house. Even after showering there is still some dip on my fingers. Lastly, my whole manicure took 2 full hours from start to finish. I understand that my gel had to be removed but 2 hours seems way too long."

"I rarely leave negative reviews but I have to say it…They cut my feet up with the buffer, left polish behind from my last color, and took 3+ hours to do my nails and toes. My boyfriend’s sister and I went before our Christmas party and the entire salon was empty. We figured, great, we’ll get in and out quickly. Boy were we wrong…one girl even took a phone call on speaker and talked loudly during the service which I always find unprofessional. They were out of pretty much every color we tried to pick and then wanted to charge us $10 extra for a chrome powder to replace the color they didn’t have. Just not the best business techniques and the staff seemed to lack training. My cuticles were left looking very rough, the chrome they did use looks awful, they are chipping not even 3 days later, and it was way too expensive to have all of these issues. I won’t be returning."
