"Basically, the staff is my family. Kat, Jay, Tim, and Brenda ☺️. Just such a good place. So welcoming and friendly…. Tim didn’t judge me for paying with dirty change.. and for that I might be in love with him.. but higher ups don’t tell him! Just wanted you to know that this place is great! And every single staff member I have talked to or come into contact with, especially above named… have remembered me and keep me coming back… love this place."
"Absolutely astonished of the deplorable nature of a manager and counter associate. Went thru the drive thru for 2 packs of cigarettes, sat for 15 minutes and no one came to the window, both workers made eye contact with me yet never made the initiative to fulfill such an easy order, after 10 minutes of waiting I called their customer service line sat on the phone till a representative answered and talked to her for a few minutes and they still didn't come to the window while I was on the phone with them. Was a nice pleasure to have sheetz come in to offer a change from the old stations that were there before, but I must say not only will I never go back to that store, I think the sourness of the situation I'm staying away from sheetz all together. Please don't waste your time in the drive thru, judging by all the other comments it's the same for everyone. Absolutely horrible service, they should reboot the employment there."
