"This is the worst Giant Eagle I have ever been in. Alot of the workers are rude! There's nobody ever around to help u. The meat department should be shut by the health department. Some of their meat is old and should have never been put out for the public. I'm surprised they aren't being sued already. I would rate it 0 stars but that's not an option. I have known a few people who have worked there and said some really foul things about how they operate. I personally will never shop there again especially the meat department. If I was u I'd find another grocery store to shop at. If not for anything, do it for yours and ur families health!"
"Ordered a handful of items about 4 days ago for pickup. Two of the items were Celery hearts and college inn chicken Broth. The Celery was rotting. The chicken Broth wasn't sealed. The rest of the items I was happy with. I would not recommend ordering pickup for anything perishable."
"The employees are very nice and helpful. Especially an associate named Sophie! I left a bag behind and she ran outside after me to make sure I didn’t forget it. Great customer service!"
"I prefer this giant eagle over the one by me. The curbside pickup is great since I have little kids. It has made my weekly shopping so much more relaxing! They are very prompt and friendly and I haven’t had any issues! Thank you so much!"
"I called today to follow up on a curbside issue I had yesterday and was passed around to three different people, including having the store manager (Elizabeth) transfer my call after I asked her not to. In the end, the issue had ALREADY been handed by an associate the day before, but no one had bothered to check. It took an hour of me being told I was asking for too large a refund, or that my math was off to finally be told it had been addressed the day before (even though I was not notified). This was not my first issue with this specific location. I've had problems with curbside before and getting them addressed was difficult then, too. All that is on top of the fact that our items are not always fresh or even within their best buy dates. Groceries are too expensive to be experiencing these issues."
