Max the general manager was super pleasant and friendly and most important was very knowledgeable about the products and met our needs . "I went to Eyeglass World in Bethel Park, near South Hills Village, to try to find better frames. I had glasses that were really hurting my ears. I bought them at another eyeglass store and kept going back to get them fixed. This is what led me to Eyeglass World. I wanted to just buy a new frame for my lenses. Once I explained this to Sydney and Jon tried to explain that I couldn’t just buy new frames and pop in my lenses. But what they said next was simply outstanding! They took my glasses that were hurting my ears and said “You are not leaving until we fix these glasses for you.” After several attempts they finally got them to fit me without pain! I was and still am very thankful to Jon and Sydney! I have told several of my friends about this experience and highly recommended this Eyeglass World store. "Most amazing eye Dr I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She's a crazy cat lady like me and we had a nice little human to human conversation about our cats. She's amazing. So kind. The gentleman up front that helped me from start to finish was so sweet. I called a week prior and got one price but when I arrived at the office, it went up $10 but he honored the price I was told. The eye exam for one price and then 2 frames for $89. What an awesome deal for someone with insurance that isn't accepted in many places unfortunately. I love my glasses. Great little selection to choose from. Found my dream glasses. Fits my face and style perfectly. Thank you!!!"
