"DO NOT RECOMMEND! they tell you stuff is free and then whenever you get your bill there is installments that you didn’t agree too and the manager of the store won’t fix it! Called AT&T online and they recommended going back to the store. They wouldn’t waive the 55 dollar restocking fee either for their own doing!"

"Went to the store to upgrade phone. I was able to upgrade my watch; however the customer service rep did not ask me what type of band I wanted. I attempted to cancel the order when I realized the band was not what I wanted. Customer service informed me to return to the store and I would not be charged a restocking fee. Store refused to honor the AT&T customer service support even after a screenshot was presented. Manager not even willing to speak to me after waiting over 60 minutes when told she would be out in 5-10 minutes. Extremely poor customer service."
