"I contacted Pella to get a quotation on replacing an existing 30 year old bay window. I was impressed by the professional approach by the sales team especially Chadrick Barker. Mr. Barker did all necessary measurements and customizations on his laptop and generated a precise quotation including removal of the old window, installation, and cleanup services during his 1 hour visit. I felt confident that his organization was reliable and would provide an outstanding result. I will provide an update in 12-14 weeks after installation. Update after installation: The replacement / installation went perfectly. The crew showed up exactly on time, met with me, and went straight to work. The entire job (replacing a 5 x 8 ft. bay window) took about 5 hours. They were very efficient and only took short individual breaks while the others were doing prep or other work. I was very happy with the final result."
