"Had a consultation for a procedure with Dr. Rivela not long ago. Tracy and Yolanda could not be better representatives of your first impression of his office. They're warm, friendly, and professional. Abby was smiley and made me feel welcome, and answered a ton of my questions before I met with Dr. Rivela. He, too, sat with me, had a calm bedside manner, and asked if I had any questions left and I didn't feel rushed at all. I had met Wendy many months ago about getting certain facials and peels. We hit it off as if we'd been old friends, and there were no hard sells from her. She truly seems interested in what to do for the best results for your face. I've already heard that Regina is a fantastic injector, so I'll be returning to see her and Wendy as well. As far as the procedure I wanted done, honesty is the best policy, and I actually went with another doctor. BUT...BUT...the ONLY reason I did it is because my mom had had the same procedure done by this other doctor, and her results were fantastic. Both Dr. Rivela and this other doctor were so good, I could've easily flipped a coin and just chosen one of them.
