"This office found it impossible to contact my dentist for my X-rays. After I rescheduled my appointment for months later, it was canceled because I was 5 minutes late. The worst office I have ever visited."

"Referred here by our orthodontist which we are super happy with. Called to set the appointment and receptionist completely rude and unprofessional. Yelled at me she couldn't hear me so I spoke slightly slower and louder then she yelled at me " I am not stupid". I was completely shocked and said excuse me? What? Then she said " you are talking to me like I am an idiot". I responded with I am sorry, are you serious? I tried talking with another office person and met with the same issue. Immediately called our orthodontist and asked for a different referral and explained what happened and orthodontist apologized and was completely at a lost of words. He gladly gave us a different referral. Terrible customer service. If referred here avoid at all cost, don't reward bad customer service."

"Got two suprise bills, the financial manager explained that was because she was not in office and nobody could have informed me about the costs. It was not professional and I had to pay the bills myself. Dr.Zahn and hygienists are friendly, helpful and professional."

"I first had a consultation about gum recession and really appreciated that Dr. Zahn asked a number of questions, clearly covered with me what work that was necessary for the health of my mouth versus aesthetic work and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He was also really great about letting me give input as to how much work I could handle in one visit. I then had gum grafting done here and was very pleased with how the procedure went and how gentle and concerned about my comfort they were during the surgery. Great experience-I would highly recommend Dr. Zahn and his team."
