From the first phone call, to the actual procedure, he and his team went above and beyond with their professionalism and caring. Dr Battista and Carly were fantastic during the entire procedure: having me pick music to help me relax, explaining every step as they went through, and being very gentle yet thorough with the actual procedure. While I hope I never have to get another root canal, if I do, I will absolutely go to Dr Battista again (and will have no worries or anxiety about it!)"

"I had been suffering with severe tooth pain on & off for almost a month after some recent dental work. My dentist referred me to Buffalo Endodontics and Dr. Battista. I originally was scheduled on Tuesday6/25 for the following Monday 7/1. After a few more days of almost unbearable pain, I called back to see if they could get me in sooner than Monday. I didn’t want to wait through the weekend. They got me in today 6/27/24. I went in expecting a possible root canal. Dr. Battista took his time to thoroughly examine and re-examine my mouth to see exactly where the pain was coming from. After tests, x-rays, a CT scan and more tests, it was determined it was a nasty wisdom tooth causing me the pain. Dr. Batista suggested we could do a desensitizing treatment first in order to possibly save the tooth. Which was done. But when the pain did not go away, I opted, on the advice of Dr. Battista to extract the wisdom tooth. He was so patient, kind and professional during the whole thing as was his assistant, I believe her name was Julie. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and explained everything as they went along. It was instant relief once the tooth was extracted. Not the way I had planned on spending the day, but if you have to have a tooth extracted, you would want Dr. Battista doing it. I couldn’t thank him enough! I had to give him a hug! I hope I don’t ever have to see him again (at least not under these circumstances!) Thank You Dr. Batista and Buffalo Endodontics for a very pleasant experience!"
