"As someone with bad teeth, going to a new place is always nerve racking in fear of judgment or lack of understanding. Today was my first visit with Williamsville family dental and I immediently felt welcomed, cared for, and like they had my best interest in mind. They were so helpful and sweet and came up with a personalized plan just for me which was far more considerate than the other places I've recently visited for the same issues. I hope to be with them for a lifetime."
"My experience is not that great. The dentist seem to do a good job on fillings and reconstruction. But he is not good at interacting with the patient. He doesn’t seem to take time and patience to explain what’s the problem and recommended procedures and discuss options. I felt like I was treated like I’m five and and not even asked if I was doing OK during the procedure. The mouth retractor really hurt my TMJ the next day! I also asked a mirror during the procedure but was declined by the support staff. I will recommend this dental practice if they improve their customer care and professionalism."

"Having Medicaid- it is very hard to find a good, honest, and trustworthy dentist. I was really blessed to find this practice. The dentist was very patient and kind. He answered all questions, provided feedback, and aftercare instructions. The receptionist and techs were great as well. Very good establishment - highly recommended."
