"Only had 1 guy working the kitchen during lunch rush. Guy gave away my food I waited almost a half hour for. Told me I had to call corporate if I wanted a refund. Corporate has been giving me the run around on a 9 dollar order. When did GetGo and Giant Eagle become so garbage"

"Blue haired employee cut a bunch of people in line then started telling a story to the cashier and cussing and swearing loud enough to hear throughout the gas station. Honestly the lack of professionalism is jaw dropping. From all the bad reviews it’s a wonder giant eagle hasn’t done something about this."

"This place is run by mental midgets. I've never encountered a worse staff at any establishment in my life. I thought the one on Route 60 was bad, this is even worse. It is like they hired people who literally could not work anywhere else to operate this store. Giant Eagle should be ashamed to operate such a garbage operation. The only reason this place stays open is because it is next to the interstate."
