I can’t wait until the FDA finally lifts restrictions on CPAP machines so scam artists like this company can finally go out of business like they deserve. Have your doctor send your prescription to your house so you have the option of buying your CPAP machine online."

"Every interaction I have with them leads to them wanting money. The initial touch point was .. hey we received an order and waiting for some information from your doctor.. do you want to pay xxxx dollars today by credit card...Not once has anyone asked how my treatment is going or anything about patient care. Same comments as below regarding no mask choice. And good luck logging into their portal... sometimes it takes days.... and after letting them know they said well you sent this message so you can login..rofl take your business elsewhere."

"Really glad I didn't see these reviews before I returned their call. I had a script sent over by my doctor for medical equipment in the middle of the Christmas holiday season. Despite that, AHNME got back to me right away, enabling me to get the order in under under my already-met deductible. I was sent text messages letting me know what I needed to do. I sent them a selfie and my supplies were here within a few days. They left a message in a few days to set up my virtual visit. The phone number I called directed me through a phone prompt where someone picked up right away. The girl I spoke with was very nice, very helpful, and I had no complaints. If things change once I set up my equipment and have the virtual visit, I will revise the review accordingly. Based on the reviews I read, it was like I was talking to a completely different company."

"After having 2 sleep studies they wanted notes as to why I needed a sleep study. Well because I clearly have sleep apnea as the study showed twice. Then I was fitteed for a mask during the sleep study , but they wanted to change it, i said No and refused to send a picture. I tried at least 2 dozen times to download the form and it timed out each time. I repeated told them since June I needed this by August 14th for vacation. They sent the forms Aug. 15th. What a joke. I have been trying for 3 days to get this send out and it is August 24th and I still don't have it. I would not use them again. This seems to be a concensus that this insane treatment is the norm. All 1 stars reviews, that speaks volumes! Omg I dove to pick it up. When I went to use it there was no face mask or head straps. NONE. I was to get a nasal and it it clearly said they charged Medicare for a full face mask. I am furious. The saga continues it has been months and they can't get the supplies straight. A woman tells me change the filter every other week, but they won't send them. Then the next woman says every other month. 3 months later I order supplies, no filter. They are a mess."

"Absolutely useless service. I got a prescription for a CPAP. This place harassed my doctor's office for a month, repeatedly demanding that they submit a form that had already been submitted. I ended up making multiple calls between the doctor's office and the home medical equipment, each time with a claim that the form had never arrived. Finally got a different person on the phone and they told me everything was already in the file and ready to go. I received the wrong mask sizes and despite repeated promises on the phone to make exchanges, it's forgotten as soon as the call ends. They have promised three or four times over more than a month to send a chin strap, but each time I call they act like it's new info to them. If you have any other options at all, do not attempt to work with these people. They don't care about patients, don't like to answer the phone, and when you do manage to get them on the line they can be actively hostile."
