"We had them come out to house last year for an estimate b/c our furnace had been turned off by another company... They ended up doing a full run on the machine checking the output of CO2 from various places and checking the furnace. Ended up saying that the furnace was fine and shouldn't have been turned off. Could have easily gotten away with selling me a furnace but, didn't even badmouth the other people. Just said something like "I have 20 years experience and all these gadgets; so I can say it with certainty." So polite, very patient, very helpful, knowledgeable and a year later we're all alive! Definitely calling them back this year to review this furnace before I call anyone else. Trustworthy folks! Just couldn't remember the number had to look it up."
