"My car was involved in an accident and was totaled. From family doing business with Kings this who I decided to do business with. I was not driving car so I didn't see it. Was informed from Kings I could see car after work next day. They said it wasn't there, waited all weekend called back Monday morning was told insurance company just took it an hour earlier. Found out insurance company never got it till 5 days later. So whose responsible for my belongings? Where are my belongings? Whose paying the storage fee? This was so unprofessional."
