Window Pain

"I would give 0 stars if I could. This man is a liar and you will not get your work done in a remotely reasonable time frame. I had 3 small windows that needed resealed for my RV. The windows and frames were already removed from the vehicle, so I was able to bring them right to the shop so he could work on them whenever and in the comfort of his shop. I waited and waited and continued to follow up for 3.5 MONTHS before I finally decided enough was enough and went and picked them up from the shop. He is nearly impossible to get ahold of as he is only in the shop to answer the phone on Wednesday and usually isn't there the full business day before he leaves. Don't bother leaving a message with the secretary for him to return your call because he WILL NOT call you back. When I was able to get ahold of him he always had a lie to tell about progress he had made on the windows (he had done absolutely nothing to them when I got them back), and he would always tell me "next week," or that he was waiting on the vinyl stripping to come in, or that he was trying to take them to other glass shops to help him out (red flag?). It took me an hour to find the correct materials online and a week to have them shipped to my door. I cannot stress enough how much I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Save yourself the headache and take your windows anywhere else but here because this deadbeat will not help you."

"I have called multiple times and no-one answers. finally when someone did it was the gentleman who must do the work. I provided all my info and he said he would be out to fix and scheduled it....NO SHOW a no phone call. I called again and spoke to the mgr Brittany, she was completely rude and told me she doesn't need to deal with this. She told me the gentlemen who does the work is out with an emergency, I asked what is option B and C and she had a rude response and told me its a 2 man show ! I would NEVER recommend this place , completely unprofessional, extremely rude and they have no people skills whatsoever"

"Update ***Going on week 4 of waiting on my window. I have been calling everyday with the same excuse. Today having my son call and going to call better business bureau. It’s ridiculous how they make excuses.…..I have a window getting fixed. It’s been 3 weeks. Been trying to call with no answer. Will never take anything there ever again, beside the fact that they are way overpriced."
