"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Took my vehicle to them in February to have my hub assembly replaced because it was the shop that was covered by my warranty. Was advised that I only needed new brakes. I provided them with the brakes to replace and they completed the job. Here it is June 1st ot the same year and my brakes start scrubbing again. After taking my vehicle to the dealership to be repaired I am informed that the previous break job was not completed properly and is the reason that I am needing new breaks so soon. I reach back out to Hood oil and was told that they have no record of me ever coming to their location. I would not advise this shop to anyone. You would literally be better off going to a backyard mechanic from your local "hood"."
"Taken my mower here repeatedly...will work once and will have to go back. 3 times and over a hundred dollars later and they "will get to it". No pride or care in what they're doing. We're trying to support "the little guy" in the business world and it hasn't paid off.....they will remain little."
"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED second time I've take a car here. They are quick, friendly, and do it right the first time! Also would like to mention a lot of places I feel are a rip off but here way to honest. I have a warranty and they could've told me whatever and I would've believed them but all that was wrong was a loose spark plug and a bad radiator cap!"
