I was upset but they were very accommodating and helpful. I do appreciate their hard work and I am pleased with the quick and accurate work they’ve done. "So in march 2023 I had my vehicle repaired by this establishment. Well upon me picking my car up I noticed it sounded like my speaker was blown. I took it back immediately. They said it wasn’t their fault and disconnected the “blown” speaker. And had me on my way. Well lo and behold it was their fault. They repaired my trunk area and didn’t replace the rubber grommet cover in my trunk. This caused me to go the next few months where all my speakers started shorting out. And I couldn’t understand why. Well I took my car to the dealership to get my brakes done and I go to leave my whole command unit shorts out. So upon inspection they realize the plastic grommet cover is missing where. Right in the area they had to repair my car. So for the 2200 repair they gave me I had to now spend over 3,400 on the repair to my command unit. Overall I would never bring my car back here. They caused me more money than helped. I should have went somewhere else to repair my vehicle after my accident. The lack of responsibility is what gets me. So I was without my car for almost 8 months waiting on the new repair from my dealership. So much heart ache for the lack of care from this place."
