Take 5 Oil Change

"I have heard great things from this place, that the people working there are super nice and friendly, and will help you if you need help. Well the person we had was not as friendly as I had hoped she would be, she did not really give us any suggestions about what type of oil my car should get, she was not very personable, and she did not offer us water at the end. I saw another employee giving another customer water and she did not do that. She did not say hi, or used any other greeting. Just straight to asking us to pop the hood and so on. The three stars above are for Take 5 giving me the correct amount of oil, and for the other employees being so kind to us. I would also like to add how the person who helped us was the manager on duty that day, so I was really disappointed how she did not exceed my expectations of the friendly reputation that they have at Take 5 Oil Change."

"The service at this location was great. I ended up with an issue (check engine light) after hours, and contacted the location the next morning. They requested I bring my car back, which I did. They found the issue, and fixed it. The one suggestion I would make, for all locations, is the locations be supplied with an OBEII scanner on hand. This would allow the locations to reset the system themselves, and not have the customer go to another store to have it reset."

"I really needed the oil change and did not have time to do it myself, so I stopped in out of necessity. The guys were great, friendly, and thorough. The price was significantly higher than I would have liked to have paid, but other than that it was perfect."

"I went for an oil change and that’s what I got. The service crew may need some training in communication and customer service skills. They didn’t explain much of anything and seemed bothered by my questions. For the high price of an oil change, most customers will expect better customer service or go elsewhere for cheaper."

"The staff is great and service was excellent. BUT I wasn’t expecting the $49.99 basic air filter price. The up charge on that is absolutely ridiculous! The only reason I got one was because the auto parts store didn’t have my vehicle size in stock. Stopped here and got a lesser quality filter for more than 2x the price."
