Take 5 Oil Change

"Usually I have a great experience at Take 5. This time not so much. Workers were not friendly. They did not check my tires because I noticed after the fact that my back left tire was lower than the rest. I had to ask if they filled my windshield washer fluid. Poor communication. The girl was talking on her phone while checking me out. They did not put a new sticker on my car for next oil change. Just the simple usual things that should have been done were not. Very disappointed with the customer service. I will not be back to this location."

"The employees were friendly and helpful. They physically showed me things that either needed attention or not. They seemed to know the manufacturer’s schedule as well. Cost effective and timely. I would’ve really liked a tire rotation as well but they did fill them to spec! Highly recommend the Mayfield l, Ohio location."

"They are always very nice even if you just need air in a tire! Always a pleasant experience at som and mayfield, however , the one by golden gate beverage will NOT put air in your tires. Not as nice as the other mayfield location. The man told me they aren’t allowed to fill tires anymore, and I always leave a nice tip when they do fill the tires."

"Not a great experience. I visited the shop on Sunday and arrived just before the 9 AM scheduled opening. At 9:05 AM no one had opened. I left and came back around 9:25 AM and the first car was entering the bay. I waited for 15-20 minutes before I was directed into the same bay. This is because there was only one employee at the shop. He was friendly and appeared to do an acceptable job. Unfortunately, if this is business as usual, I don’t see this place staying open for much longer. I am a repeat customer. In the past it has been slow but there were always multiple employees working multiple bays."

"They were quick an efficient and performed all the services described. The mechanic who worked on my car was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I know I paid a little more for the convenience of it all, but it was well worth it!! Will definitely take advantage of the free top off as well!"
