We specialize in trauma-informed bodywork for pain relief, improved functioning, and the reduction of physical, emotional, and mental stress. Our licensed massage therapists are trained in a variety of techniques to customize each session to meet your specific needs.

Our Services:

1. Massage Therapy:

- Manual manipulation of muscles and other soft tissues by our skilled massage therapists to relieve pain, promote healing, and improve physical functioning. Techniques include stroking, kneading, and rubbing, either by hand or with instruments.

2. Meditation:

- Practices designed to focus the mind and achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm, and stable state. Techniques include mindfulness and concentration on particular objects, thoughts, or activities.

3. Trauma Touch Therapy™ (TTT):

- A bodywork modality tailored for individuals with trauma histories. TTT is an integrative approach that uses the wisdom of the body, social engagement, curiosity, movement, breath, touch, and self-empowerment to heal trauma and unprocessed emotions. Each session is unique, reflecting the individual's personal circumstances.

4. Reiki:

- A hands-on healing therapy where the practitioner facilitates the delivery of universal energy to enhance vitality and promote the body's innate ability to heal. The Reiki practitioner acts as a conduit, replenishing and restoring energy flow and balance.
