"Mr. Sandless needs 10 Stars! After two attempts at sanding and staining my original hardwood from 1928, I needed a professional. I looked at the Google reviews and I made one call to Mr.Sandless aka Jon. He arrived an hour after my call gave me an estimate then I threw him a curve I needed the job done ASAP since my move in date was that Friday. Jon made a call and assured me he could get it done. This is my first home I didn't know what to expect but what I got was a genuine person with great character. He shared with me about his family and his professional background. Due to my schedule I could not be there to choose the stain color in person. No worries with that because he communicated with me every step of the process.I arrived to find him actually doing the staining with his crew. My floors are so beautiful and Mr. Sandless hands down should be everyone's first and only call."

"Excellent, excellent and excellent. We are literally amazed that our 25 year old floors look brand new. Jon said he would try his best to get the stains out and HE DID! The original appointment was on time, the quote was fair, Jon was professional and friendly. Derrick and Connor worked in two stages to do all the hardwood floors in the house. The were on time everyday, let us know what to expect, and diligently worked hard all day. Even lunch break was a sandwich on the run. "My husband and I had our floors refinished by Mr. Sandless and we couldn't be more pleased. Beginning with a call to quote the job Jon responded promptly on the cost and when the work could be done. Derrick and Conner (Mr Sandless crew) showed up exactly when we were told they would and went to work on the floor. They answered all the questions we had and were pleasant and professional.
