"The work was professionally done, constant communication prior, during and after getting the work done. I needed a tree trimmed in order to do my garage and they took care of this with no problem. They also installed new gutters and downspouts, and put on gutter guards. The work looks awesome and I can say that the price was very affordable, compared to others. "I will give them two stars for most of the work being good. Our roof was replaced (Aug 2018) by Ashley roofing and siding one year prior to us buying the home in May 2019. I noticed that 3 of our 4 skylights have failed shingles. I have called Ashley roofing and siding over 8 times over the course or three weeks, left a message everytime and got one call back. When I spoke with the rep they acted like I had no idea what I was talking about because they wouldn't glue the shingles to the flashing under the skylight and would run them straight in one piece. They stated it must have been someone else's repair. I asked them to come look and please advise as I would like it to be addressed, even for a quote. She was going to talk to the owner and call me back. That was a almost two weeks and multiple calls and voicemails back on my end with no reply. In summary they did not run the shingles straight one the failed (3) skylights. I'm not a roofer but I'd imagine the placement of where they ended made that impossible. If they failed after 1 year then that's even worse for them to state on workmanship, I believe it was only their work performed and failed at year 5 (not hateful but not great). On the cost of the roof it was $400 extra per skylight. It's unfortunate that their workman ship only lasted1-5 years and they refuse to call me back or come look for themselves."

"Everything went as planned and the end result looks wonderful! The company came in and did the house and detached garage in one day. They were very conscientious of our landscape and surroundings and everything was covered and carefully removed when they finished. Also, they picked up ALL debris and ran a magnet around the house to find loose nails, etc. I liked that we did not have to put 1/2 down before they began the work. The total cost was paid at the END of the job after we walked around with the project manager. I prefer this type of payment because I had heard how some companies come in, charge 1/2 and then flake off. Ashley Roofing and Siding are a very reputable company and I would endorse them without hesitation."
