"Very disappointed with my experience. I own a landscaping company and currently use Stihl equipment. I've been having issues with my 2 strokes and wanted to switch some of them to Redmax 8560s. I was unable to get in to purchase the units on the day I called, so logically, I asked if I can leave a deposit so they do not sell, as they are in demand currently. I was told they don't accept deposits, no exceptions. Unfortunately now, I need to find another Redmax dealer to spend my money at. Side note; the woman I spoke to was nothing but helpful and polite. So my only issue is with their lack of customer service and understanding, as well as being able to navigate special circumstances, instead of proceeding in such a black and white manner. Regards"

"Had my tiller dropped off to be repaired on 10/13/21 "They" damaged it behold repair and refuse to replace my tiller due to there poor, non trained service tech. Even after their own employee clearly stated he was have problems. I've attempted to resolve this matter in a a respectful manner only to get no response from the owner himself. I would trust or recommend this company. As of 2/14/22"
