"Took forever to start. when they did they sent two teenagers out to do the work. They spent most of the time sitting in the shade arguing. They didn't clean up and did an overall shootie job. They charged me over double what he said it would be. Just because they are Amish doesn't mean they are reliable or honest. They will take advantage of you, especially older widows!"

"I have been dealing with Hershberger Roofing for over 5 years now. I purchased a 68,000 square foot warehouse in Euclid in 2014 that was at the end of its useful life. They installed epdm, metal, added tons of saddles to get proper drainage, capped all the brick, added insulation, and replaced crumbling brick. Everyday presented challenges and these guys just kept pushing through. I don't recommend many contractors, but these guys do quality work at a fair price."

"I have used this company twice in the past and was very happy with their service. Now I have a big job that needs done. I waited for 3 other contractors to give me a quote which I never got. So I contacted Herschberger knowing what good service I had in the past. The estimator came out and we talked. So I waited 3 weeks before I called about the quote. For the past week I have left numerous messages to return my call. I then emailed the owner and again got no response. This company wasted a MONTH of my time. Now I have to start over when I had expected to be on Herschbergers calendar."
