"Very rude people have no respect for truck drivers who are working away from family and they think they can just say they are running behind schedule so load is not ready and drivers has to wait for 4 to 6 hrs. And if you ask for update the answer is wait in your truck or call your dispatcher to cancel the load we will have someone else get the load."
"Not sure what the fuss is about, got a dock as soon as I arrived. Plenty of room to back and maneuver. Shipping personal was friendly and informative. Average load times. You must side tandems back, disconnect red airline, chock wheels before getting loaded."
"Easy to reach there from US-422 to OH-528, proceed northbound to OH-608 then right to industrial park. Was loaded before my appointment, one hour and out. Respect!"
