"WOW!!! Alan Gingrich is so amazing and responsive. We had a tornado hit our commercial building and still last night. There was a lot of damage garage doors ripped off the building, etc. We had no idea what the roof look like since it was a flat top roof. Allen talk to me at 3 AM and assured me he’d be out in the morning which he was. He got up on our roof and inspected it. His mannerisms and clear business skills are refreshing. Extremely professional, and polite. Respectful of our property with his ladder, etc. we were happy to hear we didn’t have any roof problems, but we will definitely be calling them in the future if we ever do. It was just so refreshing to deal with a business owner. That was quick and efficient and clear speaking in regards to prices and quotes, etc.. while he was out, he checked on both our commercial neighbors to see how their roofs were. The one company had a quarter of their roof or more ripped right off. Thank you so much for being a great business owner Alan we will definitely be calling you in the future when I roof needs work."

He came out the next day and gave me a quote. 2 days later he fixed my roof. I called him back out for a separate issue and the took care of that without throwing additional charges at me. I called him last week because the massive amounts of snow wreaked havoc on my roof. He squeezed me into his schedule for estimate and the repair was complete 2 days later. Allen recently removed and installed 350 squares of shingled roof on our commercial medical office building in Medina Ohio. This job was a difficult one due to the complexity of working around patients with a crowded parking lot.
