"Horrible service! I had to take a drug test for my employer. It is mentioned on the website site they do it from 8 AM till 4 PM. I spent an hour driving just to hear that they do it till 3 PM, which is mentioned NOWHERE!"

"Its been two weeks since my daughter's blood was drawn with no results. I would never choose this lab again if there was an alternative. They told us the doctor had them several times and the doctor has not received them. update: Today a SUPER nice rep informed me that they did not post results until all were back. Unfortunately we had one result that is taking 2 weeks. I appreciate understanding this, however, they should post the other results and not only post once all of the results are back. She was nice enough to mail me a copy of the results finally ( after 13 days, but in her defense, I just talked to her today, The other reps were not helpful."
"Very fast and efficient place. My husband and I went to get some basic lab work done, I had an appointment while he did not. We were able to get in and be finished in less than 10 minutes. I also want to commend the staff for acting so quickly and helping my husband after he had passed out for a couple seconds due to the blood draw! I was very freaked out but they were very calm and attentive. :) Thank you!"
