"I didn't have the opportunity to meet Dr. Tajammul, so my ONE star is for the benefit of the doubt. I called to make an appointment for my mother, who doesn't speak English, and the receptionist told me they do not accept Hispanic patients. Very racist for the 21st century!"

"Every single time I’ve been into this office, they’ve been unprofessional. Receptionist has too much on her load, comes off as rude & restless. Each time I wait about 40 minutes in the back room office to finally get to speak to Dr. Ehsan. And after going back there 6 months later, the receptionist conveniently forgets to tell me the doctor is not accredited to the insurance I have. And to wait 2 more months to get the EMG I’m there to take. Wasted an hour of my life just for the doctor to have a “follow up” when that’s not what I intended the visit to be. It’s a money grab. Dr. Ehsan doesn’t know much about Bell’s palsy condition. Not going back there again. Extremely unprofessional. He may be nice, but I’d prefer a place that the specialist actually wants to provide help & not brush off my questions & time."

"I had a really difficult time with this office. I think they have more work than they can handle Dr. Ehsan was an absolute delight, but it is nearly impossible to get time with him. The office was very messy and the staff at the front desk wasn't necessarily unkind, but they certainly didn't want to be bothered with me. "I selected Dr Ehsan from 7 other neurologist visiting my hospital room at Inova Fairfax after a stroke. He was the calming voice out of the bunch of them. He also wasn't arrogant - so many doctors can come across as "know it alls". He took the time to listen and answer questions slowly and until he was sure I understood. It is understandable that some questions don't have answers, especially in neurology. I have now visited Dr. Ehsan in his Fairfax office as a follow up to the hospital stay. I can't say enough positive about his care as it has continued as it was in the hospital. Caring and thoughtful. From the front desk to the tech who did the in office EEG - everyone was top notch and friendly. I don't understand the previous negative ratings at all. He was very respectful - very kind - very thorough. I am a 52 year old female with a history of vestibular migraine and stroke. I recommend."
