"I have no issue with Dr. Monsalve's abilities as a pediatric dentist, and my son was very comfortable with him with a few cavity repairs. We left his practice because he is incredibly rude and condescending towards parents. I did not appreciate his bedside manner, and the way he would lecture us each visit. Ended up finding a new dentist who was less rude and confrontational."
"These wackadoodles are still acting like they are in early 2020. Masks are still required for everyone. They are wearing full face shields and gowns. Only one patient at a time and you have to wait outside on the sidewalk for your turn. This really makes me question their grasp of science and medicine at all. Meanwhile, 50 feet away there is another dentist who is operating normally just like every other medical office in Virginia. Wild. Just wild."
"Dr. Carlos is the best dentist for children. His team is very polite and his office is so clean and tidy. He always is talking very sweet with children and my daughter loves him. He is not only perfectional at his job, but also his behavior with children is excellent. As a psychologist, I think he absolutely has the best communication with children and I always choose the best doctors for my daughter. I appreciate all the best work for my daughter."
"Our super outgoing, social, son whom has never expressed fear or anxiety anytime, for some reason was terrified of the dentist. We worked with Dr. Monsalve who is beyond patient and Ms. Carol was able to get our son to warm up as she walked him around the office. The patience and understanding Dr. Monsalve and the staff goes beyond what I expected. This place is AMAZING with both parents and the little patients. Professional office staff and they only want what’s best for their clients. We can’t recommend them highly enough."
