I was 6 minutes late to my appointment and they told me I had to reschedule after I had to request off of work and I have a surgery in about 4 weeks and I was supposed to see my PCP. Do not come here. Do not care about the patient. Just looking for a quick money."

"Can’t reach anyone by phone. I’ve tried for a few days, and while they have left voicemails, they’ve never answered a callback. It’d be great if there was a way to ask questions over email, the online portal is too clunky to use. When you do speak to someone, they’re normally very nice."

"I am 71 years old and never before required an MRI. Needless to say, I was apprehensive, not knowing what to expect. I did expect a little reassurance and encouragement but received neither. As I recall, I did not even get a smile from either of the two technicians from the beginning to the end of the procedure. After leaving my appointment and while riding home with my husband, I did a search of the reviews of Heritage Valley, and was not surprised to find several of the reviews included the word "rude" to describe the employees. (Please note that the girls at the front desk were not rude. They were pleasant, professional, and polite.) I would not go so far as to describe the two technicians who performed the MRI as rude. I would, however, say they were apathetic, unwelcoming, indifferent and insensitive. I was there for an MRI due to severe back pain as a result of two fractured vertebrae. However, neither technician offered any assistance whatsoever while I struggled to sit up after lying on my back during the MRI. I am not a whiner or a crybaby. I simply believe it all comes down to how you treat others in the performance of one's job, and I feel the two technicians I encountered could have been more compassionate, informative, and attentive. I believe phrases such as: Is this your first MRI?, This is what you will experience., Are you OK? and Do you need help? would be very beneficial. Maybe the reviews should be required reading!"
