"Went to visit Dr Raybuck after my shoulder popped out of socket and it was damaged. Xrays showed dent in my shoulder. I also slipped dice in my lower back. I have had 5 disc fusion in my neck and lower laminectomy. The pain I experienced from a dislocated shoulder was out of this world. Dr Raybuck refused giving me pain medication because at first he said if he does surgery the pain meds would effect me. Surgery 1-2 months down the road. With enough medical evidence the arrogant doctor then changed his story why he wouldnt perceive then got rude about me asking for pain meds like I was a pill seeker. How you can let someone go thru this pain in inhumane. This Doctor is a liar and isnt real with u. I will never go to him again. Once you lie to a patient you lose their trust... For as knowledgeable as he seemed you think he knew what I was going thru. GREAT JOB UPMC SMH"
