They are amazing the nurses are very respectful and take their time with with both my visits there .they are very clean on everything in both offices .they take their time on explaining everything u need to know .I went in for a procedure I was so nervous on going through and the nurses and doctor Jonathan Hlivko was so very caring, kind and took their time to make me feel comftible with them and the time being there .dr Hlivko took the time to explain all my results and made sure I understood everything he's a awesome doctor and thank them for being so caring and understanding taking the time to make their patients.feel comfy I 100% recommend my friends and others to them and their practice ."

"I never got to see the Good Doctor as they won't return my calls. It's been 15 days now. They don't answer the phone so I left a very detailed message. A Dr friend recommended me here so I'm sure the Doctor himself is good. Looks like he needs to hire a competent staff. If something changes I'll modify the review."

He communicates with his patients prior to their procedure to try and Alleviate their fears and answer all their questions! Then post procedure he speaks with the patient and family member to inform them on what he found when doing the scope! He is a very approachable and knowledgeable physician! "Staff is AWFUL! Extremely rude and very impatient. It is almost impossible to get through to anyone, doesn’t matter when you call. If you leave a message who knows if or when you will hear back. If I wasn’t still waiting on test results I wouldn’t be going here any more. Nurse practitioner and doctor are decent but the staff is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I was yelled at for selecting the wrong extension by mistake. Do NOT recommend!"
