"The absolute worst company when it comes to customer service. Don’t waste your time or money with this clown act. They may enter your order - but probably not. They forget to create your order in their system and you have to constantly call them to find out about your order - only to learn your account was inactivated (they don’t think to tell you at the time you placed your order). All of these products can be purchased on Amazon - cheaper and 100 times better customer service. I’ll never buy from HCS ever again. I see that after I left this poor review, they sent their obligatory response “Sorry”. No customer service whatsoever. Ridiculous company, poor management and zero care for the customers."

"If i could give zero stars I would. First and foremost I work in a customer service medical environment. My first suggestion to this company is fire everyone on staff and get personel that are friendly , helpful and competant. Will never do business with these people again. They tried to rip us off. They charged us over 400.00 for a cpap machine, but never even submitted a claim to the insurance. They have a track record of making customer pay up front (when they dont have to) then bill the insurance and pocket all the money. My insurance an I spent over an hour on the phone between getting hung up on by HCS. They never even submitted the original claim to the insurance, (which would pay 80%) the best part is HCS has been telling us since March that our insurance kept denying the Claim. So my insurance reaches out to HCS to see why they didnt file a claim, supply us the customer with the discount as outlined in the contract and why they did not outline the first 3 months as a rental. Everything HCS does is a scam. Would recommend this company be investigated for insurance fraud. Do not supply them with absolutely and banking info. FIRE THE ENTIRE RUDE A&& CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. because they truly hate their jobs and should not have absolutely no interactions with any human beings what so ever. AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT A GIAGANTIC HEADACH. RUDE RUDE RUDE."

"I went to this place last August to pick up a replacement Bi-pap and accessories. Not a people friendly place. I was told I would be charged a monthly copay at the beginning of this year and it would be charged to my credit card(they have the number). My out of pocket was met last year. I looked at my insurance online and I see “my share”. I have never seen the payment on my credit card statement yet this year. Maybe they are charging someone else. I bet when they get their act together, they’ll bill me all at once for the whole year. Horrible way to run a business. And what they charge my insurance for accessories is totally ridiculous!! I get them from Amazon."

"If I could give a zero, I would. Called and was treated rude and was disrespected as the person told me she could not help me. When asked what I could do to help the situation, she told me "I don't know!". She ended the call and hung up with no resolution. I called back this afternoon and she again was rude and condescending! I did get through to a manager, Shawn, who helped the situation, but in doing so realized that they had what they needed and did nothing with it for excess of 10 days. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. If you call in and expect results, ask for the manager and you may get what you need. Highly upset with the way I was treated. Go elsewhere if you have the option!"
