"My husband and I traveled from New York to go fishing. We went out on the PC Queen with Johnathan and Wendy. They were the best captain and shipmate. Very willing and knowledgable. I am not a fisher person but my husband loves to fish. We caught 4 walleyes, 2 perches, and some white perch which we threw back. Other customers on the boat caught sheephead which I brought home and cooked because a gentleman on the boat said it was good for ceviche. So I thought, if it is good for ceviche, then it is good eating. The fried sheep head tasted great. I cut out the mud/blood vein, washed it in lemon and vinegar, seasoned it overnight, dusted it with flower and garlic powder, and fried it. Other customers caught 4 catfish, we took it from them. Oh my! those catfish were sweeeeeeeet. I cut them up, seasoned in onion, garlic, thyme, pepper, and salt, and fried, then curried them. They were the best! Yummy! I must say the customers on this boat were very entertaining. I could tell they were old fishermen. The jokes kept things alive. Richard, a customer was super fun. I enjoyed watching him fish. He throws his line very far and reel in over and over. I have never seen anyone throw a line that far. He was quiet but he caught most of the fish onboard. I wish I knew those guys. I would have loved to share the fried and curried fish with them. All in all, this was an amazing experience. I highly recommend "The PC Queen-Something Catchy Charters." Good people, clean boat, and good fishing."
